We provide primary and preventive medical care in clinics located throughout Northern New Mexico, including Coyote, Embudo, Española, La Loma, Las Vegas, Peñasco, Roy, San Miguel, Springer, Taos, Truchas, and Wagon Mound. Our goal is to be a trusted home for your health where you can receive care from people who understand and care about your community.
Each year, we care for nearly 19,000 individuals through tens of thousands of medical and dental visits. Our providers offer compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across every stage of life.
El Centro Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. For patients without insurance or with limited income, we offer discounted services based on a sliding fee scale. As part of the primary care safety net, we are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to the health care they deserve regardless of their ability to pay.

Our licensed therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychiatric providers work together to help patients navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, manage mental health conditions, and build resilience. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, substance use support, crisis intervention, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Behavioral health services are available across many of our clinic locations, as well as through telehealth for added convenience and privacy. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where every person feels heard, respected, and cared for.
