El Centro Family Health is a federally qualified health center and nonprofit community health organization headquartered in Española, New Mexico. Since 1972, we have been committed to providing comprehensive, affordable, culturally responsive, and high-quality healthcare services to the rural and underserved communities of Northern New Mexico. Our integrated care model includes medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and school-based health services delivered across our network of clinics and community locations throughout seven counties.

El Centro Family Health General Staff Meeting 2026
The El Centro Family Health General Staff Meeting is our annual organization-wide gathering that brings together healthcare providers, support staff, leaders, and community partners from across Northern New Mexico. This event provides an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments, recognize employee contributions, strengthen organizational culture, and align around strategic priorities for the coming year.
The 2026 meeting will focus on advancing patient-centered care, strengthening workforce engagement, enhancing operational excellence, leveraging innovation and technology, and furthering our mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Attendees will participate in organizational updates, professional development opportunities, team-building activities, and discussions focused on the future of rural healthcare delivery.
The General Staff Meeting also provides sponsors, vendors, and community partners with an opportunity to engage directly with healthcare leaders and professionals who are committed to improving health outcomes, expanding access to care, and advancing health equity throughout Northern New Mexico.
