El Centro Family Health partners with local schools to make healthcare accessible where students learn, grow, and build their futures. Our School-Based Health Centers provide medical, behavioral health, and preventive services directly on school campuses, removing barriers such as transportation, cost, or time away from class.

Students can receive check-ups, immunizations, sports physicals, counseling, and support for mental and emotional wellness all in a safe, confidential, and familiar environment. School district staff are also able to receive care at these locations, supporting the health and well-being of the entire school community.

Our trusted providers work closely with families and school staff to ensure that each student’s health needs are met with respect and care. School-Based Health Centers help students stay healthy, focused, and ready to learn, while also supporting the educators and staff who guide them.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. For those without insurance, services are available on a sliding fee scale so that care remains accessible to all.
