In rural, hard to reach communities, El Centro ENDO provides access to endocrinology specialty care for complex diabetes and other endocrine diseases in collaboration with UNM Project ECHO.

Beyond medical care for complex diabetes we utilize behavioral health, dental, and health education with community health workers providing an integrated care model. In this partnership patients they learn how to manage their diabetes and improve glycemic control saving them from end organ damage consequences of uncontrolled diabetes.
